Job Title: Receptionist (Ad Hoc) Location: City West, Dublin Job Type: Ad Hoc Temporary Job Summary We are currently seeking a professional and reliable Ad Hoc Receptionist to provide front-of-house cover in a number of City West office locations.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who can represent Orange Recruitment in a friendly, professional and efficient manner while providing reception support as required.
Key Responsibilities Welcoming visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately Handling incoming and outgoing post and courier deliveries Maintaining the reception area to a high standard at all times Booking meeting rooms and coordinating visitor access Providing general administrative support as required Ensuring adherence to health & safety and security procedures Requirements Previous reception or front-of-house experience is desirable Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Professional appearance and manner Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a new environment Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Working Hours Ad hoc cover as required (e.g. sickness, holidays, busy periods) Hours may vary depending on business needs Skills & Competencies Friendly and approachable personality Reliable, punctual, and flexible Strong customer service focus Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive hourly rate Convenient City West location Opportunity to gain experience in a professional office environment
