Job Title: Human Resources ManagerLocation:HybridDepartment:Human Resources / OperationsReports to:Managing DirectorAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and driven Human Resources Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational exposure, ideally from an eCommerce or manufacturing environment, and will be skilled in developing and implementing SOPs to drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the business.This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You'll work closely with leadership across HR, operations, and finance—making this a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress into a senior management or leadership position within the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources & People LeadershipOversee all core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement programs that support company culture and operational excellence.Support leadership in workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.Operational Process DevelopmentPartner with operations and department heads to create, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across HR and business functions.Identify process gaps and introduce improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and accountability.Contribute to cross-functional alignment between HR, operations, and finance teams.Financial & Strategic SupportSupport budget planning, payroll processes, and workforce cost analysis.Provide data-driven insights to management on headcount, productivity, and labour costs.Assist with strategic projects that drive business growth and operational scalability.Culture & EngagementPromote a positive, collaborative, and high-performance workplace culture.Lead initiatives that foster engagement, professional development, and employee retention.Serve as a trusted advisor and go-to resource for staff and management alike.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification or postgraduate qualification a plus).Minimum 5 years' experience in HR management, ideally with exposure to eCommerce, manufacturing, or logistics environments.Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing SOPs and structured HR processes.Sound financial acumen with exposure to budgeting, payroll, or HR-related financial analysis.Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.Flexible, "can-do" attitude with the ability to adapt, prioritize, and execute in a fast-moving environment.Passionate about contributing to business growth and stepping into a future key management role.What We OfferA pivotal role with genuine career growth potential into senior management.A dynamic and supportive work environment that values initiative and collaboration.Competitive salary, performance incentives, and professional development opportunities.The chance to help shape the systems, culture, and operations of a growing business.
