At the Tullamore Court Hotel, part of the award-winning iNUA Collection of Hotels, we pride ourselves on creating unforgettable experiences tailored to each guest’s unique needs and preferences. As we prepare for an upcoming maternity leave, we are now looking to welcome a passionate and experienced M&ESales Executive to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in hospitality, events, or sales - ideally someone with knowledge of the local market and key competitors who is ready to make an immediate impact.
About the Role
As our M&E Sales Executive, you’ll take the lead on delivering seamless and memorable weddings and events, ensuring every detail exceeds expectations. You’ll work closely with couples and clients from initial inquiry to the big day itself, managing all planning, logistics, and coordination across hotel departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with couples and clients to bring their dream event to life.
* Coordinate with internal teams (F&B, housekeeping, event services) for smooth operations.
* Prepare detailed event timelines, budgets, and layouts.
* Manage site visits, client meetings, and vendor communications.
* Handle any issues proactively and with professionalism.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and payments.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in event planning or coordination, ideally within hospitality.
* Strong local knowledge of the Tullamore and Midlands market.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
* Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A qualification in Hospitality, Events, or related field is a plus.
