ASSISTANT HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff across sites, ensuring adherence to cleanliness standards, schedules, and procedures. Assist in training and developing new and existing staff members, providing guidance on suitable cleaning techniques and safety protocols. Collaborate with the Group Housekeeping Manager to maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure their proper use and storage. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet established cleanliness and presentation standards. Assist in creating and implementing efficient work schedules, managing staffing levels, and addressing any performance issues within the team. Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, or complaints related to housekeeping, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Requirements: Have a minimum of 2/3-year supervisory experience at a similar property or at Asst Manager level in a busy hotel environment. Prefereably 4 Star operations Understanding of Laundry operations, high end housekeeping management and the ability to motivate and lead a strong team Provide superb guest service and have excellent people skills to manage a large division of people Excellent attention to detail in delivering customer care standards Have good knowledge or both written and spoken English Be able to multi-task and be willing to help where required as Asst Manager Excellent communications skills. Be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
