Responsibilities
Independently executing routine tasks with precision and consistency while meeting aggressive daily productivity targets.
Researching and curating data-driven seat map references for venue- and event-level seat maps.
Translating reference materials into complete and accurate section data.
Designing SVG seat maps and linking them accurately to section data.
Maintaining accurate seller inventory section mappings.
Troubleshooting issues with seat maps and providing guidance to external teams.
Supporting continuous process refinement by participating in testing and brainstorming.
Qualifications
Experience in a fast-paced, technology-focused e-commerce marketplace.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator and Microsoft Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Flexibility with an ever-evolving landscape and ability to learn new tools quickly.
Excellent time-management skills to meet aggressive productivity targets.
Comfort working with and managing large data sets.
Inquisitive by nature with strong analytical skills and a bias toward resolving issues.
Not Required but Preferred
A passion for live entertainment (sports, concerts, festivals, theater).
Fluency in other languages to support an international catalog.
