Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Internal Sales Coordinator in Dublin 12. Fully office based Salary up to €40,000 Main duties: Manage incoming sales inquiries and respond promptly to customer needs Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Provide product consultations and guidance to clients Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently Support the external sales team with administrative and operational tasks Deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions for clients and partners Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies Main requirements: Third-level qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, or Building Services (desirable). Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite. Experience with Enterpryze or similar CRM systems (advantageous). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a similar role (essential). Experience in telesales or digital sales (advantageous). Confident, proactive, and motivated with a positive team attitude.
