Site Manager A well-established builder developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a range of projects in South Dublin. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing projects in Ireland or the UK. Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in a Site Management role. Proven ability to successfully manage high-quality, high-volume projects. Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive performance. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Must be fluent in English and eligible to work in Ireland. Role: Leads by example with strong timekeeping and professional conduct. Responsible for ensuring Health & Safety compliance on-site. Maintains high standards of housekeeping and site welfare. Ensures the project stays on track with the Construction Programme. Manages the projects timeline and budget effectively. Coordinates with the technical team for material certifications and compliance. Reports design changes or issues to the Project Manager / Quantity Surveyor. Manages and supports the site team, ensuring smooth operations. Holds regular meetings with subcontractors, tracks progress, and maintains records.
