Warranty Manager – Sigma Homes
Sigma Homes is a design and build team, specialising in high-quality renovations, retrofits, and extensions to existing homes.
We are seeking a hands-on Warranty Manager to oversee the snagging and warranty process, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standard.
This role combines management responsibilities with a practical, on-site approach.
Key duties include:
Conducting snagging reviews with the Office Manager and homeowners.
Investigating and preparing full solutions for each snag.
Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and snagging teams.
Preparing materials and ensuring all work is ready for client inspection.
Managing client sign-off sheets and reporting directly to the Office Manager.
Attending weekly reviews to track progress and maintain quality standards.
