We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hospitality Cleaner and Accommodations Associate in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards and procedures, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service excellence.
* Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all guest supplies are well-stocked, adhering to established protocols.
* Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust surfaces to maintain a pristine environment, promoting health and safety for guests and colleagues.
* Report any maintenance issues or damages to the relevant department for prompt resolution, ensuring seamless operations.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential; however, excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are must-haves.
* Strong communication skills and friendly customer-focused attitude are essential for providing exceptional service to guests.
