Location: Central Park, Leopardstown – Hybrid Working (3 days in office – Weds, Thurs & Fri)

We're looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively in a team, can manage tight deadlines with confidence, and takes ownership of their work.
You'll bring strong attention to detail and numeracy skills, along with a clear desire to grow your payroll career in a fast-paced, busy, and supportive environment.
Role responsibilities
Accurate and timely processing of monthly payrolls for Ireland and the UK, in compliance with relevant legislation, Revenue/HMRC requirements, and internal policies.
Processing and maintenance of payroll data within the SAP payroll system in line with agreed payroll calendars and statutory deadlines.
Performing payroll audits and checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to payroll sign-off.
Responding to payroll-related queries via the SAP CRM system, delivering a high standard of customer service in line with agreed SLAs.
Preparation and reconciliation of payroll control accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
Supporting payroll system testing and implementation of regulatory or system changes, ensuring payroll accuracy is maintained.
Maintaining accurate payroll records and documentation to support internal and external audits.
What you will bring
IPASS Qualified or equivalent payroll qualification.
Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in payroll operations, ideally in a high-volume or complex environment.
A solid understanding of payroll-related employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
Working knowledge of Irish Revenue and UK HMRC payroll processes and procedures.
Strong numeracy skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and meet strict payroll deadlines.
A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to respond to queries professionally and clearly.
