The Radisson Blu Sligo is looking for a passionate and experienced Brasserie Supervisor to join our team.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Brasserie, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable guest experience. You will lead a team of servers to deliver exceptional service standards, whilst maintaining a high standard of food and beverage quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the smooth running of the Brasserie, ensuring efficient service and a positive guest experience.
* Lead and motivate a team and provide coaching and development opportunities.
* Liaise with chefs to ensure menu knowledge and seamless service integration.
* Manage stock control and ensure adherence to food and beverage costing protocols.
* Contribute to the development of menus and beverage offerings.
* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the Brasserie.
You will be successful if you have:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within a high-end hospitality environment.
* A proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service.
* Strong leadership and motivational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for food and beverage service.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
