About the Role: This key position involves implementing and managing health and safety systems on-site. The successful candidate will work closely with Group Health & Safety teams to ensure that local safety procedures align with wider organisational standards and objectives.

* Main Responsibilities:

o Investigate all incidents and near misses on-site; track trends and compile reports for Business Unit leadership.
","
o Drive the ongoing improvement and application of safety policies, standards, and procedures across the site.
","
o Deliver health and safety training and awareness sessions for management and staff.
","
o Ensure consistent enforcement of safety practices in coordination with Business Unit Managers.
","

Requirements:
","
","
* Health & Safety qualification (Diploma or Degree preferred)
","
* Minimum 1.5 / 2 years experience in a health and safety role, ideally in a food production or manufacturing environment
","
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
","
* Ability to work independently, using sound judgement and initiative
","
* Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and challenge existing practices
","
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
","
* Training delivery experience is an advantage
","
