We are currently inviting applications for Bar Manager to join our Bar's team.
The role focuses on supporting the day-to-day activities across our bar's.
This role is to help support the Bar's Manager with the service standards, hygiene standards and the total beverages sales budget for the Bar Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to oversee the initial staff induction to the department and the ongoing training and development of all team members within the department. They will be assisting with the stocktaking of all departmental stock, liaising with our Team on the maintenance and helping to purchase glassware, cutlery, linen, and equipment including maintenance of equipment within the department.

Knowledge and experience in the following areas is essential:
* A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in bar and beverages.
* Previous experience in delivering 5- Star food and beverage service.
* Good cocktail knowledge essential and Mixology experience a plus
* Excellent IT Skills including a proficient user of MS Office and excel.
* Knowledge of Volante system is an advantage.
Personal Qualities
* Ability to show a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues at all times.
* Be self-motivated, being able to work alone with good personal organization.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail, organisational, negotiation and communication skills are a must including fluent spoken and written English.
Duties include but are not exclusive to:
* Helping the Bar's Manager with beverage Gross Profit margin each month
* To assist with managing payroll costs.
* To help organise the efficient operation of the bar's department.
* Staff communication and training
* To support the further development of the department and the team
* Helping to organise monthly team meetings
* To assist the Bar's Manager with the stock management and stock take of the bar's department.
