Job Summary:
This is a challenging role for an experienced professional to lead payroll and workforce management operations. The successful candidate will oversee payroll and WFM processes, ensuring compliance with international rules and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and analytical abilities, and experience in payroll and WFM administration.
The Senior Manager Payroll & WFM will be responsible for managing the payroll and WFM team, providing coaching and development opportunities, and ensuring high-quality service across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead payroll and WFM operations, ensuring compliance with international rules and regulations.
* Manage the payroll and WFM team, providing coaching and development opportunities.
* Oversee training and development of staff, validating acquisition of skills by the team.
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
* Collaborate with Finance Teams for proper administration of payroll accounting and employee-related accruals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
10+ years of work experience required.
Previous HR or role-related experience required.
Fluent in English, an additional European language is an advantage.
