Job Summary
* We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, or CRM system.
* Troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues across Windows, Google Workspace, and networked environments.
* Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, software, and peripherals.
* Monitor and maintain on-prem and cloud-hosted servers (e.g. Hyper-V, Azure).
* Collaborate with senior technical staff to deliver small-scale IT projects (e.g. network upgrades, server replacements).
* Contribute to the development of client onboarding processes and solution design.
* Maintain accurate technical documentation and participate in quality assurance processes.
* Enhance client satisfaction and service delivery through continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar IT support/field engineer role.
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Admin Centre, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Google Workspace environments.
* Strong understanding of IP networks, switching, VLANs, and DNS/DHCP principles.
* Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, Intune, and Azure is an advantage.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – comfortable working with teachers, principals, and school ICT coordinators.
* Self-starter with strong time management and a desire to deliver quality outcomes.
* Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel.
