**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to lead our residential services in County Kildare. As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of care in line with HIQA regulations and person-centred practice.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Ensure full regulatory compliance with HIQA standards
* Lead and support a dedicated team of staff
* Foster a warm, supportive environment where residents feel safe, respected, and empowered
The ideal candidate will have a recognised qualification in Social Care or Nursing, minimum 3 years management experience in disability or social care settings,a proven knowledge of HIQA standards and person-centred planning.
