Duties
This is a developmental opportunity; no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
Providing information to members of the Roma Community either in person or by telephone, especially on their rights and entitlements.
Advocating on behalf of clients where need be and assisting in the development of policy issues.
Communication and interpersonal skills will be developed.
Basic IT skills.
Understanding the importance of confidentiality.
Compilation of statistics, report writing and case studies.
Outreach work – giving information talks to groups and agencies about barriers faced by the Roma Community.
