We are currently recruiting for a
Team Lead
within a growing
Private Equity Fund Accounting department
.
This is a pivotal role, overseeing a team, managing workloads, ensuring deadlines are met, and providing leadership to maintain a high-performing and collaborative environment.
Hybrid model – 3 days onsite in Limerick
€45–€50 per hour
12-month contract + strong potential for extension or permanent hire
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a growing Private Equity Fund Accounting team.
Review and oversee NAVs, valuations, and client reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Manage workloads efficiently while meeting client service levels and regulatory deadlines.
Provide coaching, training, and continuous development for team members.
Act as the key liaison with clients, auditors, and external stakeholders.
Drive improvements in processes, automation, and reporting quality.
Contribute to the department's strategic goals and business priorities.
Skills & Experience:
Professional Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
10+ years post-qualification experience

Strong technical knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS.
Experience reviewing NAVs.
Proven people leadership, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage teams.
Strong client service orientation and ability to engage confidently with stakeholders.
Private Equity Fund Accounting knowledge (or willingness to develop quickly).
