This role offers the chance to drive social media engagement and growth across multiple client accounts in a fully remote, flexible environment. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing ad campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize results. The position involves collaboration with designers and other marketing professionals to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment. Success in this role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt messaging to different platforms and target audiences, while contributing to the overall marketing strategy and growth objectives.
Accountabilities:Write and publish engaging social media posts, stories, and videos across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and PinterestCreate effective ad copy and manage social media advertising campaignsAssign graphic creation and collaborate with designers to maintain high-quality visual contentConduct research on marketing trends and client-specific demographics to inform content strategyPlan and implement strategic campaigns to increase audience engagement and reachAnalyze campaign performance and optimize content and ads based on insightsManage deadlines and ensure timely delivery of all social media initiativesWrite and maintain blog content to support marketing goals
Requirements:Proficiency in English (C1 level)Strong experience with social media ads, including Facebook Business Manager, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedInProven experience in social media content creation and account managementExcellent writing skills in both English and SpanishExperience analyzing social media metrics and campaign performance is a plusAbility to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a remote environment
