We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the smooth running of administrative functions across a network of sites. This full-time, permanent role is based in Blanchardstown and offers hybrid working. You’ll work closely with HR, Finance, Marketing, and local service teams to ensure compliance, consistency, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily workflows of a five-person admin team
* Act as the go-to point for internal documentation, SOP adherence, and task delegation
* Ensure operational and regulatory compliance (e.g., Tusla, GDPR, Pobal) across multiple locations
* Maintain and manage IT asset inventories, track equipment movement, and coordinate replacements
* Provide real-time support to local service managers and administrative colleagues
* Handle calendar coordination, internal communications, and onboarding logistics for new services
* Escalate risks or inefficiencies to senior management while promoting process improvement
* Deliver light EA support to senior leaders (calendar, reports, bookings)
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in office administration or operations (multi-site or regulated setting preferred)
* 1+ years in a senior admin or coordinator-level role
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital admin tools
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Effective communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Comfortable navigating compliance obligations (GDPR, data handling, document control)
* Knowledge of the Irish childcare or education sector is a bonus but not essential
