Advanced Pet Care Smith & Foley Veterinary Services are seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist with a background in agriculture.
This is a key role with responsibility for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers.
Strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of the agricultural sector, particularly dairy and beef industries are key to this role.
We are looking for somebody has:
· Experience in a customer-facing/retail environment
· Knowledge of TB administration
· Ability to work well under pressure, especially during busy periods
· Good communication skills via telephone, email and face to face contact
· Good organisational and time management skills
