The Role And Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work directly with our clients to ensure they receive the quality consulting services that Delta Capita (DC) offers. The role focuses on delivering a structured finance and controls programme, requiring strong analytical capability, accounting knowledge, and experience managing change across multiple stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving visibility, governance, and financial alignment across internal processes.
Responsibilities
Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a finance transformation initiative, from assessment through to implementation and transition to BAU.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and reporting.
Identify and document internal service arrangements across multiple entities and analyse associated financial data.
Reconcile operational data with accounting record, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
Design and implement a robust process and controls framework to support ongoing governance.
Engage with stakeholders across finance, operations, and procurement to drive alignment and adoption.
Facilitate workshops, provide training, and support the embedding of new processes.
Ensure smooth transition into business‑as‑usual, including documentation and handover.
Requirements
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience across process improvement, accounting, and project delivery.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
