Job Summary
Job Summary:
To provide administrative support to the Dublin office
Responsibilities
Manage the visitor and reception function for the office.
Answer switchboard calls and route to relevant destination.
Book visitors in at ground level reception.
Ensure that guest arrivals are acknowledged by the host and assistance given when required.
Directly support senior and executive managers with any administrative tasks (e.g., diary keeping, travel, expenses etc.).
Oversee the meeting room schedule for the Dublin office and organise any refreshments/lunches that may be required.
Manage inbound and outbound post, including couriers.
Work on ad-hoc projects as directed by the office manager.
Support the office manager with any facilities matters (health and safety, ordering stationary/consumables etc.).
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years' administrative experience
Able to work with senior individuals professionally
Confident and friendly with excellent communication skills
Customer service centric mentality
Ability to use own initiative
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
