Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can motivate, engage, and inspire teams both in-office and remotely.
The Sales Manager will oversee the implementation and drive of a structured sales process to maximise performance and conversions. This includes monitoring key sales metrics and providing insights to optimise performance across all sales channels.
The role involves conducting regular call reviews, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions. Additionally, the Sales Manager will work closely with the Contact Centre Manager and other teams to enhance efficiency, technology, and customer experience.
