Defects Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking a Defects Coordinator to join our team. This role involves liaising with Client representatives, sub-contractors and internal resource to review defects raised by Tenants.
* Liaise with Clients to identify defects and arrange for their resolution
* Coordinate multiple trades to ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards
