Role overview:
We are seeking an experienced and personable Advertising Account Manager to drive advertising revenue across our print and digital platforms, while cultivating strong, lasting relationships with clients. You’ll work closely with local and regional businesses to create 360° advertising solutions that include print, digital, social media, and branded content, as well as sponsorships and partnerships for events.
Key responsibilities:
* Sell integrated 360° advertising packages, including print ads, digital placements, branded content, social media promotion, and event sponsorships.
* Build and manage a portfolio of advertising clients, nurturing long-term partnerships.
* Identify new leads and growth opportunities across diverse business sectors in the West of Ireland and beyond.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored marketing solutions that deliver results.
* Collaborate with editorial, designand digital teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
* Develop and pitch partnership proposals for magazine-hosted or affiliated events.
* Track sales performance and maintain accurate CRM records.
* Represent the brand at meetings, launches and community events.
What we’re looking for:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in advertising sales, with proven success in both print and digital environments.
* Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies and audience engagement.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – you're a natural relationship builder.
* Ability to think creatively and tailor solutions to meet client goals.
* Familiarity with the lifestyle media space and a passion for highlighting the best of the West of Ireland.
* Self-driven, with strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and social media advertising basics.
