The Renewal Sales Specialist is responsible for managing the existing customer base to retain and grow it. The role aligns with GTM strategies to increase revenue through customer renewals, tech refreshes, and upselling, while meeting KPIs.
This position is based in our Cork office and is a hybrid role.
Essential functions:
1. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and qualify renewal opportunities.
2. Maintain and improve renewal rates, including on-time renewal rate (OTRR), in-quarter renewal rate (IQRR), tech refresh, keystones, and cloud subscriptions, along with discount governance.
3. Build profitable relationships with channel partners, customers, and account teams, focusing on renewals, upselling, and minimizing churn.
4. Manage the quoting process for renewals, tech refreshes, managed services, and cloud renewals, ensuring quality and accuracy in collaboration with the NetApp quoting team.
5. Serve as a subject matter expert on NetApp renewal offerings, policies, and compliance, advising customers and partners accordingly.
6. Educate channel partners on renewal processes and opportunity management.
7. Handle escalations related to renewal sales and IB matters, working with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Job Requirements:
* Fluent in French or Spanish and English (C1-C2 level), with strong communication and organizational skills.
* Willingness to learn and understand new technologies.
* Creative problem-solving skills and good customer service abilities.
* Ability to explain technical solutions and sales concepts clearly.
* Proficiency in using data to derive insights and drive actions.
* Ability to collaborate across time zones and cultures with cross-functional teams.
