Responsibilities
* Act as a key liaison between business units and engineering teams, ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives.
* Drive the identification and implementation of innovative technology solutions to enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable engineering projects, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
* Provide strategic insights and recommendations on technology trends to guide business and operational decision‑making.
* Ensure successful execution of engineering projects by managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the Business Technology Liaison family to support BNY’s commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Engineering) preferred.
* 5–10 years of experience in a related field.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to align technology with business needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
* Proven project management skills with the ability to lead complex engineering initiatives from concept to completion.
