Internal Key Account Manager
to strengthen client relationships, drive growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The role is based in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
* Identify client needs, coordinate internal teams, and deliver tailored solutions.
* Monitor account performance, reporting regularly to clients and stakeholders.
* Proactively identify new business opportunities and support sales initiatives.
* Stay informed on industry trends and client developments.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in internal sales or account management.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
* Team-oriented approach with a proactive mindset.
* Knowledge of the electronics or industrial products sector advantageous.
* Degree in business or related discipline preferred.
