Construction Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our projects from inception to completion.
\
* Taking charge of project planning and implementation, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
* Providing guidance and leadership to project teams and subcontractors.
* Chairing progress meetings and overseeing planned actions.
* Liaising with design teams, project teams, and subcontractors.
* Developing and executing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
* Coordinating project activities in line with company policies and procedures.
* Managing the complete day-to-day life cycle of projects from initial stages through to hand-over.
* Meeting agreed objectives in terms of timely delivery, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
* Resolving critical site issues and finding solutions.
* Delivering projects successfully through effective leadership, management, technical expertise, and engineering knowledge throughout the project life cycle.
* Managing projects in line with production targets and workflow of subcontractors, ensuring alignment with the program of works on site.

Key Qualifications and Skills:
\
* 5+ years' experience as a Construction Manager in construction.
* Ideal experience in public contract construction as well as private.
* Experience of managing residential developments is desirable.
* Candidates must be capable of taking responsibility for multiple projects concurrently, as required.
* Third-level qualification in construction management/Civil Engineering.
* Excellent delegation and organizational skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good knowledge of quality and safety management systems.
* Good IT skills with the ability to generate detailed site reports.
* Ability to drive projects and work within strict deadlines.
* Understanding of Health and Safety requirements within Irish construction sites.
* Full Irish driving licence.
