Senior Delivery Consultant – Fruition Group Ireland (Contract)
Our client, a leading consultancy, is seeking a Senior Microsoft Solution Architect to provide strategic leadership and design expertise across a range of digital transformation projects. This contract opportunity focuses on leveraging Microsoft technologies to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Job Responsibilities
* Lead the architecture and design of complex enterprise solutions using Microsoft technologies.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective architectural blueprints.
* Guide the implementation teams through the full solution delivery lifecycle.
* Define and enforce architectural best practices and standards.
* Produce high-level and detailed design documentation, considering scalability, security, and usability.
* Provide thought leadership and mentoring to project teams and junior architects.
* Work across cloud and hybrid environments, with a strong focus on Azure-based deployments.
* Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients throughout engagement phases.
Experience Required
* Minimum 10 years of experience in solution architecture, with recent experience in Microsoft-focused environments.
* Extensive exposure to enterprise-level architecture, including software, data, infrastructure, and security domains.
* Strong background in integration architecture within complex technology landscapes.
* Practical experience leading solution delivery in large transformation initiatives.
* Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and technical leads.
* Strong knowledge of Azure, including iPaaS and cloud governance frameworks.
* Proficiency with .NET frameworks and modern data warehouses, such as Microsoft Fabric.
* Experience with ERP solutions, ideally Microsoft Business Central.
* Familiarity with ETL processes and data architecture.
* Understanding of Cloud Adoption Frameworks and industry security best practices.
* Formal architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF, SABSA, CISSP).
* Experience in solution costing and proposal development.
Educational Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
