Join us as a Business Product Specialist - Unified Communications & MDM
This role is within the Core & Advanced Product Portfolio, focusing on delivering Unified Communications & MDM products aligned with strategic and financial objectives. Working with the Advanced Product Manager, you will be responsible for product development, delivery, and post-launch monitoring, collaborating with SMEs, sales, finance, CRM, and third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Supporting product development from conception to launch, including customer insights, business cases, trials, GTM, and evaluation.
* Implementing product strategies to enhance performance and revenue.
* Managing post-launch propositions, tracking KPIs such as penetration, AMPU, churn, and product mix.
* Collaborating with insights teams to develop customer understanding for proposition development.
* Coordinating product marketing and communication activities.
* Monitoring competitive offerings and developing response strategies.
* Tracking performance metrics and working with teams to address variances.
* Engaging with third parties and internal stakeholders to support product delivery.
* Meeting with sales teams to understand market dynamics and customer needs.
* Ensuring propositions contribute positively to customer satisfaction targets.
