Seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Endocrinologist to join our dynamic team in the Mid-West region.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a patient-focused team providing specialist endocrine care, supporting service development, and contributing to the enhancement of paediatric services within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert clinical care for children and adolescents with endocrine and metabolic disorders, including diabetes.
* Deliver outpatient clinics, inpatient consultations, and participate in the paediatric on-call rota as required.
* Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary colleagues, including paediatricians, diabetes nurse specialists, dietitians, psychologists, and allied health professionals.
* Engage in service development, audit, and quality improvement initiatives.
* Contribute to the teaching and supervision of NCHDs, medical students, and other trainees.
* Participate in relevant research opportunities within the healthcare group and affiliated academic partners.
Essential Requirements:
* Completion of specialist training in Paediatrics with recognised subspecialty training in Paediatric Endocrinology.
* Registration (or eligibility for Specialist Registration) with the Medical Council.
* Strong clinical expertise in the management of paediatric endocrine conditions.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
