Residential Property Management Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing residential developments, with excellent leadership and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the administration of all developments, ensuring efficient and effective management.
* Manage credit control issues, including reviewing and approving drafts as needed.
* Liaise with operations, accounts, and senior office administrator departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
* Prepare reports for clients and senior management teams, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
* Attend AGMs and other meetings after office hours, representing the company and providing updates on project progress.
* Monitor SLAs, conduct site visits, and maintain full site knowledge to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* In conjunction with the project manager, oversee the implementation of project work required by directors/developers/committees to a successful conclusion.
* Budget preparation and expenditure control are also essential aspects of this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Possess a PSRA license or confirmed eligibility.
* Degree-qualified with proven management experience in a recognized organization within the property industry.
* At least 3 years' experience in a management role with strong management experience in office systems, budgeting, finance, and operations.
* Must have proven success demonstrating leadership, customer service, problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
* Familiarity with MUD legislation.
