Asset Manager
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for investors, consultants and other stakeholders including financial information, operations and variance analysis.
Calculate and review various performance returns.
Support and coordinate cash distributions on behalf of clients including Capital Calls and Distributions to investors.
Prepare, review, analyze and interpret accounting records, financial statements, footnotes or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards for audit reports.
Cash flow management and forecasting including monitoring of asset-level debt and related covenants.
Requirements
Big 4 and/or relevant industry experience.
Experience working with Aircraft Leasing platforms is a requirement, while experience working with Closed End Funds, Private Equity would be a plus.
