We have a significant, and expanding workload and are looking for enthusiastic engineers to join us.We are currently looking for a number of enthusiastic and motivated Civil Engineers to join our design team.ResponsibilitiesProducing engineering design drawings and specifications as part of an experienced team.Liaising with team members and clients on a wide range of project.Assisting in the compilation of reports and documents.To work in both supervised and unsupervised environments ensuring that the technical content of work is acceptable and prepared in agreed timescales.Report to appropriate team leader on technical issues associated with project work.Attend site, as necessary.OpportunitiesMHL offer engineers the opportunity to expand their experience in a range of engineering fields. MHL are licence holders for an extensive list of specialist software packages allowing all engineers the opportunity to expand their experience and work towards professional chartership.RequirementsBachelor degree or masters level qualification in Civil Engineering.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages.Good communicator and report writer.Good knowledge of Autocad.Strong understanding of civil engineering design principles.Knowledge of road design standards a benefit.Any experience of highway design software packages (Autocad Civil 3d, WinDes) would also be beneficial.
