Senior Medical Underwriter
This role involves making decisions on large and complex medical risks, developing technical expertise, and liaising with key stakeholders. If you have several years of underwriting experience and strong analytical reasoning skills, this could be an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess new applications and determine medical requirements in line with company philosophy
* Evaluate complex medical risks, including case management
* Liaise with Chief Medical Officer and reinsurers
* Broaden your knowledge of risk control regulatory requirements by working closely with internal/external partners alike communicating effectively broker/client facing roles etc
