Ideally you will have at least 5 years’ PQE gained within a leading law firm with secondment/in‑house experience. Sector experience within the Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Technology or Pharmaceutical industries is advantageous.The clients we typically partner with are prestigious multinational organisations with challenging, rewarding and interesting legal projects who are seeking flexible legal resourcing solutions to plug skills or resource gaps, engage local expertise or manage peaks and troughs in workload.In order to meet the demands of the projects given by our clients you will also need to demonstrate the following:Admitted as a solicitor in Ireland with a strong academic backgroundAvailable to start a client secondment within 3 monthsFlexible, communicative and adaptableEnthusiastic about embracing new work culturesAble to rapidly develop close, trusting relationshipsBy joining the Vario Flexible Services bench, you not only join our community of like‑minded yet diverse legal professionals embracing flexible working but you’re also joining the wider international firm of Pinsent Masons.
