Job Description:
We are seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the operational and financial success of the Food and Beverage department. This is a hands-on role that requires a focus on guest service, training, and leading the team daily in operations.
Your key responsibilities will include supervising and overseeing all food and beverage areas in the hotel, supporting and supervising hotel events to ensure exceptional service at all times, greeting guests warmly and cheerfully at arrival and throughout their stay, and assisting with the training of new employees.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that all meals and beverages are delivered on time and to acceptable standards, daily supervision of the Bar, Restaurant, and C&B operations and personnel, and maintaining a hands-on approach to improve the F&B offering with continuous improvements and upgrades and increase guest satisfaction.
Additionally, you will lead and direct service in all outlets, liaise with the Head Chef and Sales Manager on sales promotions and menus, and have excellent customer service skills, teamwork, food and beverage knowledge, conference and banqueting management, cash handling experience, and staff supervision abilities.
