About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Engineer to join our team, where you will be responsible for solving customer cases through various contact channels. Your expertise in advanced troubleshooting techniques will enable you to provide unique solutions to our customers' individual needs.
You will also have the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of technical issues, from OS administration and network essentials to databases, big data, analytics, security, and more. Additionally, you will partner with development teams on complex issues or contact deflection initiatives and participate in new hiring processes.
This role requires flexibility, as you will work 5 days a week (occasionally on weekends) on a rotational basis. But don't worry, we value work-life harmony and strive for flexibility as part of our working culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Solve customer cases through telephone, email, and web/live chat
* Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide tailored solutions
* Coach/mentor new hires, develop and present training, and partner with development teams
* Participate in new hiring processes and contribute to process improvement and strategic initiatives
Requirements
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German
* Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
* Knowledge or experience with troubleshooting OS issues and networking OSI model
* Knowledge or experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for technical issues
* Experience in monitoring and/or troubleshooting OS administration, network essentials, databases, big data, analytics, security, and more
