Job Title: Sales Growth Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and expand distribution networks by building and leveraging relationships with regional accounts.
* Achieve predetermined sales targets through strategic outlet visits, negotiation of product placement, and effective data management.
* Contribute to activities generating return on investment and ensure compliance with client requirements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Complete the required number of outlet visits per week aligned to client KPIs.
* Establish and maintain a minimum quantity of new distribution points aligned to client KPIs.
* Negotiate and increase distribution of new and existing products aligned to client KPIs.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Good communication and interpersonal skills for rapport building, influencing, and negotiation.
* Excellent organisational and planning skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Analytical skills for interpreting sales data and making informed decisions.
* Self-motivation and flexibility for adapting to changing circumstances.
* IT literacy for effective data management and reporting.
* Prior experience in retail, food service, or FMCG sales is desirable but not essential.
