We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team on a maternity cover basis for approximately 6–9 months. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys a varied, hands-on office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Update and manage all social media platforms
* Upload new products and fix/update existing product listings
* Process orders received via email
* Enter courier dockets and update courier information
* Notify customers of delivery details
* Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
* Assist customers at the trade counter
* Maintain organisation of the shared drive
* Maintain a clean and tidy workspace (e.g. empty bins)
About You:
* Previous office administration experience is preferred but not essential
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Confident using computers and basic office software
* Good communication skills and a friendly manner
* Willingness to learn — full training will be provided
Position Details:
* Temporary maternity cover (6–9 months)
* 9-5 Monday-Thursday 8-4 Friday
* Location - Tallaght, Dublin 24.
