Job Title: Project Transformation Lead
Our global manufacturing and technology client is embarking on a major business transformation program aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and digital capability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead planning, coordination, and execution of operational and supply chain transformation projects.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans ensuring timelines, dependencies, and milestones are clearly managed.
* Act as the primary liaison for key stakeholders, ensuring business requirements are captured and reflected in project delivery.
* Collaborate with process owners and system specialists to translate operational needs into practical solutions.
* Identify and manage risks, issues, and resource requirements, ensuring proactive communication and mitigation.
* Oversee testing, quality assurance, and transition activities to ensure solutions meet operational expectations.
* Champion change management activities by promoting awareness, adoption, and engagement across teams.
* Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, outcomes, and improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in project management, preferably within large-scale transformation or operational excellence programs.
* Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in multi-site or global environments.
* Experience implementing or optimizing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IFS, or similar).
* Strong understanding of operations and supply chain management processes.
* Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders across technical and business functions.
* Background in manufacturing, industrial, or technology-driven environments preferred.
* Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
* Professional certifications such as PMP, Pg MP, or Lean Six Sigma advantageous.
