Senior Finance Leader
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management and preparation of annual financial statements, management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, technical accounting, regulatory financial compliance reporting, and internal and external stakeholder reporting requirements.
This key position will collaborate closely with the Executive Management Team and manager level peers across the organisation.
The role involves managing and leading members of the finance team, providing significant input and support across the department, and working closely with the Chief Financial Officer.
* Statutory accounts preparation and compliance
* Monthly management accounts preparation and analysis
* Overall general ledger management
* Technical accounting expertise
* Key point of contact for audit management (external & internal)
* Budgeting and forecasting leadership
* Departmental reporting development and presentation
* Financial Regulatory Compliance reporting
* Tax compliance
Additionally, the ideal candidate should have:
* Fully Qualified Accountant with professional accountancy body membership
* Minimum 5 years PQE in a senior finance position
* Experience in the Not-for-Profit sector desirable
* Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
* Advanced IT skills and working knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools
