Oracle ERP Cloud Project Manager (Contractor)

Responsibilities
* Successfully manage the delivery of Version 1’s Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/EPM projects.
* Confirm scope, goals, objectives, and business justification with the customer; secure resources as needed.
* Lead and monitor project plans in line with time, cost, and quality targets.
* Manage customer expectations and scope, including Change Requests with customer sign-off before work commences.
* Support the customer project manager with monitoring tasks and progress of customer activities.
* Report progress to the Steering Group/Sponsor and Version 1 stakeholders; escalate issues as needed.
* Continuously assess risks and issues; communicate decisions to stakeholders.
* Monitor project budget and ownership for P&L targets; lead the project’s communication strategy.
* Identify inter-dependencies among stakeholders; ensure alignment and risk mitigation.
* Ensure appropriately skilled resources are delivering the project; manage consultant availability and performance.
* Travel to customer sites as required; assist in pre-sales and business development opportunities.
Qualifications
* Experience implementing Oracle ERP Cloud projects end-to-end
* Delivery and implementation experience in a consultancy/systems integrator
* Experience leading and delivering multiple projects concurrently
* Project Management experience in complex Oracle Applications using AIM and OUM methods
* Prince2 or similar framework
* Microsoft Project proficiency
* Experience with fixed-price/budget engagements and customer-facing environments
* Governance, status reporting, and scope management expertise
* Stakeholder management, negotiation, and strong written/verbal communication across all levels
