They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of one-off luxury residences valued at €6m+. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled professional who takes pride in delivering premium-quality projects with exceptional attention to detail.Key Responsibilities· Lead the on-site execution of high-end residential projects from groundworks through to handover.· Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring workmanship meets the highest standards.· Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and site personnel.· Maintain strict quality control, ensuring all finishes meet luxury residential specifications.· Ensure all works comply with health and safety regulations and company procedures.· Oversee scheduling, sequencing of works, and progress reporting.· Conduct regular site inspections and proactively resolve issues on site.· Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and design teams to ensure project requirements are met.· Manage site logistics, materials ordering, and equipment.· Attend site meetings and provide updates on timelines, progress, and risks.Requirements· 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager on residential projects.· Proven track record delivering one-off or high-end bespoke homes.· Strong understanding of premium finishing standards and craftsmanship expectations.· Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.· Ability to interpret drawings, plans, and technical documents.· Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and health & safety requirements.· Full, clean driver's licence (van provided).· Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.What's on Offer· Competitive salary: €70,000 - €80,000· Company van· Opportunity to work on highly prestigious, award-level residential builds· Long-term pipeline of luxury one-off projects· Supportive, quality-driven contractor with strong reputation in the South Dublin market
