Main Responsibilities
1. Identify and build strategic relationships with new partners through personalized pitches.
2. Provide advertisers with the tools they need for success before transitioning to account management.
3. Collaborate with existing advertisers to understand their goals and co-create tailored marketing strategies.
4. Develop a deep understanding of partners' business objectives to provide informed insights.
5. Establish long-term partnerships as the primary point of contact for clients.
6. Work towards fixed KPIs and quarterly sales targets.
7. Share knowledge with the broader sales team to enhance role effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* At least one year in a target-driven, customer-facing role.
* Digital marketing knowledge including CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.
* A proven analytical approach to solve complex business problems.
* Ability to educate advertisers on campaign creation and optimization.
* Skilled in crafting compelling plans to overcome customer objections.
* Quick learner with comprehensive product knowledge.
* Proficient in French or German.
