We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Patient Scheduling Manager!
This role is ideal for individuals with 5 years of combined work experience in customer service, administration, scheduling, or coordination.
Responsibilities:
* To oversee the daily operational activity of the scheduling team and ensure seamless patient visits planning and co-ordination.
* Motivate and develop the team by setting targets, monitoring progress through regular reviews, and job chats. Ensure all staff have adequate skills mix available to deliver high-quality services.
* Manage absence and annual leave effectively while ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations.
* Identify potential performance issues within the team escalate where necessary. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across multiple sub-departments as required.
