Job Responsibilities
Lead and support the service team during daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism, warmth, and knowledge of the menu.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate seating, reservations, and queue management during peak hours.
Train and guide junior service staff on SOPs, service standards, and product knowledge.
Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the dining area and service stations.
Assist in cashiering duties and ensure accurate billing and payment handling.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and timely food service.

Previous experience in F&B or kitchen operations is preferred but not required as training will be provided
