Position: Orthopaedic Sales Executive
Location: Ireland – National (Midlands or Dublin base preferred)
Travel: Field-based role with nationwide coverage, regular customer visits, and occasional overnight stays

We're seeking a driven, people-focused professional—whether an experienced medical sales rep or a nurse ready to move into a commercial role—to become our dedicated Orthopaedic Sales Executive. You'll champion a specialist portfolio of orthopaedic soft goods (casting, splinting, and related products—not joint replacements) and make a tangible difference for patients and clinicians across Ireland.
What You'll Do
1. Grow & Retain Business: Manage a well-established customer base while driving new opportunities with hospitals and clinics nationwide.
2. Win New Accounts: Secure HSE tenders and develop fresh relationships to expand market share.
3. Be the Product Expert: Deliver product demonstrations, in-service training, and ongoing clinical support.
4. Own the Numbers: Consistently achieve—and exceed—quarterly sales targets.
5. Collaborate & Support: Work closely with internal colleagues to ensure seamless service and account coverage.
What You Bring
6. Experience in orthopaedic or medical device sales is a plus—but not essential.
7. Nursing or clinical background with strong commercial ambition welcomed.
8. Proven relationship-building and sales skills with a self-motivated, organised approach.
9. Willingness to travel nationwide and stay overnight when required.
Training & Support
10. Comprehensive 2-week training in the UK, including hands-on product immersion and field shadowing.
11. Ongoing guidance from a collaborative Irish team of three colleagues—while you own the dedicated orthopaedic portfolio.
